the hotel location was convenient. it was easy to walk to the train station and the city center. the staff was fantastic and super friendly. the room was also quite spacious. we loved the pool and the sauna but the steam room was amazing!
the air conditioning unit was noisy. i could hear vibrations from the unit all night. i was also expecting complimentary snacks, but there weren't any in the room! also, the doors are not very soundproof. you can hear a lot of activity from the hallways.

the staff was friendly. the room was very comfy and tidy. the location was excellent, a short walk to many attractions. i found the bar very cute.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There was a large television. a nespresso coffee machine was included, as well as a chilled bottle of water. it also included a little duck toy as a surprise.

the location was convenient near transport options the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered many options that covered various preferences. the room was modern it felt luxurious with professional staff at reception.
i found that the bed was two singles pushed together i could feel where they met prominently i found this uncomfortable.

The staff provided extra decaf coffee and refilled water bottles. They allowed us to leave our cases after check-out. The location offered easy walking access to local amenities.
I was expecting a quieter environment. I attempted speaking with the general manager but they were unavailable. Building work should be communicated before arrival.

The city twin room included a large bathroom. it had a deep bath and a separate walk-in shower. breakfast offered lots of choice. The super king bed was massive. i also liked that the hairdryer and iron were in the room. i found this very handy.
the changing room at the pool required £1 for the locker. i consider that a slight inconvenience.
